HL Garage Doors was amazing to work with! I called last Tuesday inquiring about a new garage door, they came and provided a quote the same day. They promised to return today, 6 days later to install the new door. Its not even 11am and it is installed and beautiful. They did an amazing job, reasonably priced and the customer service is unmatched!! Hard to find these days. Would recommend x100 to anyone in need of garage door help!

I was able to find the number for my dad (who lives in Houghton Lake) so he could get his garage door fixed. It was stuck closed and he couldnt open it or drive anywhere since his truck was inside. He called, and they came out right away to fix it! The door needed a new spring and something else on the one side. My dad was is so happy and said they were so nice to him. Thanks for taking care of my dad! He doesnt have any computer stuff at all, so Im sharing for him.

Yesterday my garage door broke leaving me literally trapped inside with no way to open the door because it was a very heavy door. I called Houghton Lake Garage Doors and spoke with Guy. He listened as I explained the situation and said he could come right over the next morning as it was already late afternoon. He showed up exactly on time and assessed the situation. He gave me a price on fixing it and said he could fix it in a few hours after he finished another job. He was back in less than an hour. He got the new garage door opener installed but explained that whomever worked on the door last installed springs that were too small for the size of my door. UGH! He told me he would be back the day after Christmas to weigh the door and order the correct springs. He wants the job done correctly! I appreciated Guy's honesty and work ethic. Although the springs will be an additional charge and this isn't exactly what I asked Santa for at this time of year, at least Guy was up front about all of it. I wouldn't hesitate to call Guy at Houghton Lake Garage Doors for any additional work I would need! Guy is TOP NOTCH!!!

I needed a very specific "Side Jack" garage door opener due to the low clearance of my 8 1/2 tall door and 9 foot ceiling with a heavy duty insulated door. They were able to come by for an estimate right away and met my scheduling needs for install. Very timely and took the old door away. It's been about 9 months and needed serviicing. They came over right away to help and adjusted the sensors that got knocked out of alignment and recalibrated the system. Great customer service.
